  • Unopened Products: If you change your mind, unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used products, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales, unless faulty.
  • Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Package the product securely and return it to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  4. Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including replacement or refund.


Cancellations

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, we recommend requesting a refund for the original item and placing a new order.
